Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase.
If you do, we will refund 90% of the payment.
The remaining 10% covers non-refundable transaction fees charged by our payment provider.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To qualify, your item must meet all of these conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
- Shipped back within 30 days of delivery
Buyers must cover return shipping costs.
Once we receive the item, we will refund its price.
However, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale products
